Andrew likes to relax by running and sailing. He has recently taken up doing 10k races with his son (where his son typically beats him).
Andrew Priest, Partner
Andrew is a Partner, Chief of Staff and head of the origination team. He is a member of Inflexion’s Executive Committee and responsible for recruitment across the investment team.
In his role, Andrew co-ordinates and supports the firm’s deal sourcing activity and cultivates and expands our network of senior industry contacts. This enables well-connected industry leaders and ambitious entrepreneurs to get to know Inflexion and help us find exciting new investments and helps grow the value of our portfolio companies.
Andrew previously spent 10 years as a Partner at Skillcapital, a prominent global executive search firm dedicated to the private equity industry. There he built strong links to entrepreneurs, CEOs, NEDs and Chairmen across Europe in a wide range of organisations from private businesses to large listed companies.
Prior to Skillcapital, Andrew was a consultant at BCG and a senior correspondent and news editor at Reuters where he completed postings in London, Moscow, Singapore, New York and Washington.
He has a MA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University and received his MBA from INSEAD.
