Alex is an Assistant Director focused on driving origination efforts within the consumer team, developing strategic initiatives in key subsectors and building relationships with management teams and key stakeholders of high growth businesses and brands.

Prior to joining Inflexion, Alex worked at an early-stage consumer technology and digital media focussed fund, VGC Partners, where he was very active across all investment efforts including deal origination, diligence and investment as well as participating on the board of portfolio companies. Prior to VGC, Alex worked in the financial sponsors and origination team at Alantra working closely with key mid-market private equity and client management teams.

Alex has a degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin.

Outside work Alex enjoys sports, particularly golf, skiing, rugby and football. He is a keen Chelsea and London Irish fan and enjoys watching live music.
