Inflexion hosted its latest sector dinner focused on business process outsourcing. The insightful debate was enlivened by a roster of top CEOs and Chairmen from industry leading providers such Agilysis, Capita, Target Group, Tesco Bank, Vertex, Webhelp and Xchanging.

With significant change continuing in sector the group centred upon the need to own one’s underlying platform and for this to be scalable. Even with this, success in such a fast moving sector is not guaranteed given continued channel shift and customer focus on outcomes. However, with continued innovation and a clear vision there remains strong opportunity for successful investing. One only has to look at the performance of the attendees to see this.
