Our latest Digital Perspectives dinner saw guests from a range of UK travel businesses discussing how technology can enhance B2B and B2C interaction.

Hosted by Richard Segal, Chairman of On The Beach, which Inflexion helped to successfully list on the London Stock Exchange last year, led the discussion about the complexity of providing consistently high levels of customer service in business travel. Further dialogue focused on developing specialist technology, in-house technology vs. third party outsourcing, whilst keeping a focus on profitability and margin. Our guests concluded that a business’s primary focus should be on their key points of differentiation and routes to customer satisfaction, resulting in a better platform for successful and profitable technology deployment.
