Inflexion hosted a dinner for a select group of entrepreneurs and business leaders from fast growing businesses focusing on the challenges and opportunities related to hiring for growth in the UK and internationally.

Stephen Carter, co-founder of Hawk-Eye Innovations was the guest speaker. Hawk-Eye is a leading innovator in sports technology, and has now become an integral part of over 20 sports and every year covers 9,000 games or events across 500 stadiums in over 90 countries. Stephen shared his experiences of growing Hawk-Eye from a UK start-up to a global company with 450 employees, focusing on the importance of having a strong hiring process.
