Inflexion Portfolio Exchange

We recently hosted our annual Portfolio Exchange, where leaders from across our portfolio came together to network, share knowledge and exchange views on best practice. This year it was held at Lord’s Cricket Ground, and we saw record numbers of attendees with fantastic representation from across our portfolio.

Leaders from across our portfolio participated on panels hosted by the Inflexion team covering a broad range of topics including international expansion, the benefits of an engaged workforce, expanding through M&A, how to build future focused and customer-centric businesses and what to do when things go wrong. We were delighted that Ella Bennett, Group People Director at easyJet, joined us to discuss how easyJet keep their workforce engaged. The day concluded with an opportunity to network at drinks in the Lord’s museum, and at dinner overlooking the world-famous cricket ground.
