Inflexion HR Exchange

It was great to catch up with a number of HR Directors from our portfolio at the first virtual HR Directors Exchange this week. The role of the HR Director has been crucial during the pandemic, and our leaders have had to deal with a whole array of challenges. The Exchange was an opportunity to bring them together to share their experiences, challenges and responses to the ever-evolving ‘new normal’. As well as discussing their individual responses to the new government guidance, the importance of employee wellbeing during the turbulence of the pandemic was at the forefront of discussions and the group shared ideas of how to keep employees motivated and engaged. We had more attendees than ever before join the event, and it was fantastic to see the community come together to share knowledge and brainstorm ideas during such a challenging time.
