Inflexion HR Exchange

It was fantastic to welcome back a number of our HR Directors from our portfolio to our HR Directors Exchange last week despite the current environment. We also welcomed Glenn Elliott, employee engagement expert and founder of our realised portfolio company Reward Gateway, back to Inflexion to lead a workshop on employee engagement. He drew on his vast experience in the sector and led an interactive session with our HR leaders on what employee engagement means and how to build a happy, motivated workforce. Nancy Barnes, an HR consultant who has worked with a number of our portfolio companies, led a session on change and transformation in Private Equity backed businesses, helped by Peter Opperman, Chairman at O’Neill Patient and James Stevens, Investment Executive at Inflexion. The group shared their own experiences and it was wonderful to see the relationships continuing to evolve in our HR Director community.
