Diversity Exchange

We were absolutely delighted to welcome 100 women from across our portfolio to our ‘Diversity Exchange’, focused on backing female leadership. The session, hosted by Inflexion Partner Flor Kassai, saw Inflexion Partners Flor Kassai and Irina Hemmers, CEO of Comparison Technologies Julie Harris, and Medivet Chair Deirdre Burns, discuss how to achieve a successful work-life balance. The panel shared the challenges they have faced when juggling personal and professional commitments and the boundaries they have set in their own lives in order to achieve a balance. A lively discussion saw the participants share their own tips and tricks on this topic, providing some useful takeaways for the group. Inflexion have plans to build out the Diversity Exchange programme further over the coming months.
