Almost a year after we held our last face-to-face HR Exchange, this week we hosted our HR Directors at a virtual HR Exchange on the topic of the future of work in a post COVID world. In the last year, the way many businesses operate has been transformed due to COVID, and businesses are now assessing how they will adapt going forward. Will Gosling, Human Capital Consulting Leader at Deloitte, shared his views on hybrid working and the opportunities and challenges presented for businesses when developing a hybrid strategy.
