HR Exchange

We recently caught up with a number of HR Directors from our portfolio at our HR Directors Exchange. As ever, the Exchange was an opportunity to bring HR leaders together to share their knowledge, experiences and challenges and discuss their responses to the ever-evolving ‘new normal’.

During the call, Purnima Sen and Gaia Caruso, from our portfolio company Sparta Global, spoke about Sparta's approach to Diversity and Inclusion, and shared insights from some of the research they have done on the subject, alongside some of the work that they do to build diverse teams. Thereafter followed a lively discussion around ESG targets and the role of HR Directors in implementing these policies. Finally, the group engaged in a discussion about their experience of the return to the workplace. It was fantastic to see the community come together once again to share knowledge and brainstorm ideas.
