Digital Exchange: Due diligence and the exit process

We recently hosted a Digital Exchange, welcoming CTO's, CIO's and Technology and IT leaders from our portfolio companies to the Inflexion office. 

The event, hosted by Technology Director, Mike Arshinskiy, was centred around technology due diligence, particularly when a business is progressing through the exit process and how technology can either enhance or depreciate a business's value. 

The group explored key questions that investors might ask about a business's technology vision, processes, people and tools. They shared best practice, networked with peers and heard insights from Crosslake, Seedcloud and Cydea on cyber security risks, IT hygiene, enterprise IT value creation, software due diligence and how to tell an effective technology story to investors.
