Digital Exchange: Technology talent

We recently hosted a virtual Digital Exchange which focused on technology talent recruitment. The call hosted by Mike Arshinskiy, Technology Director at Inflexion brought together CTO’s from our portfolio companies to examine the current challenges of hiring technology talent.   

The group heard from Inflexion portfolio companies Mobica and Wise about their hiring experiences, as well as outsourcing models and strategies to leverage the local community for recruitment. PE Value Creation search firm Greco Advisors shared their tips for temporary executive recruitment and their view of the changing nature of the tech recruitment landscape.
