Diversity Exchange

We were delighted to hold our second in-person Diversity Exchange at BAFTA yesterday for Rising Female Leaders from our portfolio. All attendees had been nominated by their Chairs and CEOs as some of the rising stars in their respective organisations, and it was great to get such a smart, engaged and interesting group together for the afternoon. The group first listened to a fireside chat, with Flor Kassai, Head of Inflexion's Buyout Fund, interviewing Jane Hatton, founder of Evenbreak. Evenbreak is an award-winning not-for-profit specialist job board run by disabled people for disabled people, and Jane shared her experience of setting up the business and the challenges and opportunities that she has faced along the way. The fireside chat was followed by a workshop by Ivan Schofield, a leadership and executive coach, on how to build natural authority, and a workshop by Helen Masters, an actress and voice presentation coach, on confidence building. There were lots of great take-aways for the group, and they had an opportunity to discuss them during the drinks reception after.
