At our most recent Exchange for HR Directors from our portfolio we were joined by Christine Theofilou from Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting department, who spoke to the group about how to reward staff in the modern environment. The group also heard from Jenna Birch from our portfolio company CMSPI, who told the group about how and why they attract and retain talent using their graduate programme. The group discussed the challenges of keeping staff happy and motivated in the current inflationary environment and shared some of the ways they have been trying to adapt to the highly competitive market.
