HR Exchange: Basics of D&I

Inflexion’s Talent Director, Freddy West recently hosted a virtual HR Exchange, welcoming senior HR leaders from our portfolio companies to share their business’s milestones, challenges and progress with diversity and inclusion.

During the session, Jenny Barrow from Fantail, a specialist inclusion consultancy shared the principles to approaching inclusion and ensuring it’s longevity, along with the wide spectrum of human difference and how a diverse workforce can create positive business outcomes. Jenny also covered the steps to starting a D&I journey, common challenges and pitfalls, as well as the future of workplace D&I. Attendees had a chance to ask questions and share learnings via a group discussion at the end.
