Commercial Exchange

We recently held our first in-person Commercial Exchange event for commercial leaders from across our portfolio, centered around the theme of managing revenue growth in challenging economic conditions. During the afternoon the group heard from experts from Teneo, Simon Kucher, Blue Ridge Partners and Oliver Wyman. The speakers delved into commercial topic areas such as product/proposition, pricing, acquisition and customer lifetime value, and some of our portfolio teams also shared the steps they’re already taking with the group. The event concluded with Alex Hickman, former Business Adviser to Boris Johnson, speaking about his views on the outlook for 2023 and the impact for business.
