Diversity Exchange

We were delighted to welcome the rising female leaders from our portfolio companies to our annual Diversity Exchange. These forums are an opportunity to learn some practical tips to accelerate your career, share experiences and build a community of like-minded women. This year the event focused on the topics of navigating imposter syndrome and owning your leadership journey, and the group heard from Dr Veronica Azua and Sarah Chelli and Jacqueline O’Sullivan from Egon Zehnder. We were also pleased to be joined Lucy Johnson, founder of Green Salon, the UK's first sustainable lifestyle consultancy, who chatted to Head of Inflexion’s Buyout Fund Flor Kassai, about her journey and the things that led her to setting up her own business. The day concluded with some drinks and an opportunity to discuss the topics of the day.
