People Leaders' Exchange

We held a People Leaders' (formerly HR) Exchange at the Inflexion offices this week, led by Inflexion's Talent Director Freddy West. During the afternoon, the group listened to presentations and panel discussions on topics such as compensation trends, building a diverse workforce, the people side of managing M&A and hoe people leaders can prepare for an exit. The afternoon was filled with plenty of time to network and catch up with each other.
