Inflexion’s HCM software dinner

We were delighted to host a HCM software dinner at Bocca di Lupo in London this week, where we welcomed a select group of senior leaders from the sector. The focus of the evening was on scaling and expanding HCM software businesses, with particular attention to internationalisation, mergers and acquisitions, and the market outlook for 2024/2025.

Several sector leaders contributed to the discussion by sharing insights into the current state of the workplace and its impact on the role of HR directors. They also discussed how HCM software companies are adapting to these changes. In addition, Inflexion's Jan Beitner offered the group some illustrative examples of potential AI use cases within HCM software, highlighting how AI can be a catalyst for growth.
