Inflexion's Diversity Exchange

Inflexion's Diversity Exchange creates a space for rising stars in our portfolio to connect with a broader network, share experiences, and learn new skills. This year was our fourth in-person gathering, and we were delighted to welcome 100 attendees to the event at Convene in London. The afternoon was hosted by Inflexion's Head of Buyout Fund Flor Kassai and Talent Director Freddy West, and the group enjoyed sessions on how to embrace AI, and uncover how it can simplify our lives in unexpected ways, and uncertainty tolerance and how to 'be more pirate' and get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Fiona Hope, CEO of pet supplement business Lintbells, also joined Flor on stage for a fireside chat about the journey that has led her to where she is today. The day concluded with drinks and an opportunity to discuss the topics of the day.
