Inflexion crowns recent success with new partner appointment

Inflexion Private Equity is pleased to announce the promotion of Richard Swann from Investment Director to Partner.

Richard joined the investment team in 2008 and has led Inflexion’s investments in Rhead Group, Phlexglobal, Consumer Champion Group and FDM Group. He holds seats on all their boards.

Richard’s promotion adds to the development of Inflexion’s senior team following the firm’s recent international appointments in Brazil, China and India.

2012 has been a very busy year for Inflexion so far; in addition to its international team hires and Richard’s promotion, Inflexion has successfully completed three buyouts (NPW, Marston Group and CTC Aviation Group), and secured a highly profitable exit (Harrington Brooks).
