Rhead Group acquires Calvert & Russell

Inflexion is pleased to announce that Rhead Group has acquired rail and nuclear consultancy, Calvert & Russell (C&R).

With three UK offices, and an office in Brisbane, Australia, Calvert & Russell supports clients to deliver complex projects across the rail and nuclear sectors by providing contract administration, commercial management, claims and dispute management and procurement services.

The acquisition of C&R complements Rhead Group’s strategy to expand its existing operations in the buoyant rail and nuclear markets in the UK. C&R has enjoyed strong growth over the past few years with further expansion envisaged as it benefits from its already strong and established presence.
