Aspen completes an investment into CP Electronics

The parent company of Aspen Pumps is pleased to announce the successful investment into CP Electronics, the UK’s leading manufacturer of lighting controls for the building sector, with operations in 15 countries worldwide.

Over the last 20 years CP Electronics has become the #1 player in UK lighting controls, through continued investment in R&D and product innovation.  Over half of CP’s products are covered through patents and registered designs. Aspen is a European market leader in niche building products, the company now sells in over 95 countries worldwide, supplying throughout Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and Australasia.
