Double Queen’s Award success for Inflexion portfolio companies

Rhead Group and Aspen Pumps have won prestigious Queen’s Awards for 2014. As two of only 160 British businesses commended this year, Rhead secured an award for International Trade and Aspen an Innovation award. Since 1966, The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise have championed UK businesses demonstrating outstanding performance and contribution to the economy.

Rhead has enjoyed exceptional international growth with its operations in the Middle East and Asia Pacific growing by over 20% annually. The company is headquartered in the UK and it has local offices in Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Brisbane and Melbourne. Aspen is the market leader in the design of specialised pumps for the air conditioning industry; its award recognises the dedicated in house innovation team and their commitment to ground breaking product design and development. Since inception in 1992, Aspen has grown relentlessly to create an international firm that now supplies over 100 international markets. In 2012, Aspen won the Queens Award for International Trade.
