FDM Group wins Private Equity Deal of the Year at the UK tech awards

FDM Group won Private Equity Deal of the Year at the UK tech awards ceremony. This prestigious award recognises FDM Group’s exceptional growth trajectory, leading to a successful IPO on London’s main market in June 2014.

Inflexion invested in FDM Group in 2010. Throughout our investment, FDM consistently outperformed with exceptional growth achieved principally through a significant expansion of the company’s operations and geographic reach, opening operations in the US, Canada, China, Hong Kong and Singapore. This expansion drove a significant increase in the number of consultants from 338 operating in the UK and Europe at the time of investment, to in excess of 1000 internationally.

Inflexion realised a return of 16x on the IPO of FDM Group in June 2014 when the company joined the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of £308.5m.
