Ideal Shopping Direct completes acquisition of Craft Channel Productions Limited

Ideal Shopping Direct is pleased to announce that their craft division, Craft Retail Group, has completed the acquisition of Craft Channel Productions Limited (CCPL) for an undisclosed sum. The deal will accelerate plans to develop new craft strands for the Craft Retail Group and will also lead to a number of product development opportunities.
