Inflexion appoints Value Enhancement Director

Inflexion Private Equity today announces the appointment of Jon Andrew as Value Enhancement Director. Jon joins with immediate effect and will work alongside the investment team to support strategic and operational value creation within Inflexion’s portfolio.

Jon has over 15 years’ experience working with companies across diverse sectors to improve operational strategies and performance. Previously he was Managing Director of the Value Enhancement Group at LDC and acting Chief Operational Officer. Most recently, Jon has been consulting on performance improvement in mid-market companies.

Inflexion has a strong track record of investing in high growth, mid-market companies and working in partnership with their management teams to further accelerate growth. Jon will work with these teams to provide strategic support and help identify further growth opportunities to maximise shareholder value. His appointment complements Inflexion’s existing value enhancement capabilities which include its international teams in Brazil, China and India, and its in-house digital expertise.
