Inflexion bolsters investment team with double appointment

Inflexion Private Equity today announces the appointments of John Harper and Stuart Robinson as Investment Directors, adding further depth and experience to the investment team. John will join Inflexion’s buyout team and Stuart will work within Inflexion’s partnership capital team focused on minority investing.

John Harper has over 20 years’ experience in private equity, holding previous positions at Lloyds Development Capital, Duke Street and Montagu Private Equity. John has completed a significant volume of transactions across a broad range of sectors. His extensive track record includes transactions with Wagamama, Sporting Index and Simple Skincare; he has also held numerous board positions.

Stuart Robinson joins Inflexion’s partnership capital team. Most recently, Stuart worked in the London office of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a US mid-market growth equity investor, as Managing Director in the structured equity team focused on minority investments. Prior to this he was Partner at 3i.

Inflexion has built a strong track record of backing ambitious entrepreneurs and management teams, working in partnership to accelerate growth and create transformative value in their businesses through majority or minority investments. Inflexion’s partnership capital team specialises in taking minority positions as a non-control partner. Investing in minority situations alongside management buyouts is core to Inflexion’s strategy, adding John and Stuart will build on the firm’s existing investment capabilities.
