Inflexion completes carve-out of RSA Engineering Inspection & Consultancy

Inflexion is pleased to announce that it has completed the carve-out of the Engineering Inspection & Consultancy division of RSA Plc. The new company will trade as British Engineering Services in the UK and Irish Engineering Services in the Republic of Ireland.

From its headquarters in Manchester, British Engineering Services delivers premium quality engineering testing, inspection and consultancy services throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland to a large number of blue chip customers. The company has over 450 highly trained Engineer Surveyors and Consultant Engineers, strong customer support systems and a wealth of technical expertise.

Inflexion will work alongside British Engineering Services’ management team to further grow the business both organically and via selected acquisitions. Inflexion will support workforce expansion and investment in technology to drive service excellence.
