Inflexion’s Grand Prix success at The Private Equity Awards

Inflexion is thrilled to have been awarded UK House of the Year and UK Mid-cap Deal of the Year at The Private Equity Awards. As winners, Inflexion was entered into the Grand Prix Awards, voted for on the night by guests, and subsequently crowned its achievements by taking the Grand Prix House of Year and Grand Prix Deal of Year.

Inflexion is proud to be recognised for an outstanding twelve months. A year in which we successfully floated FDM via a £300m listing on the LSE and sold a further six businesses, two via IPO, generating our highest returns to date. Securing commitments for Inflexion Buyout IV and Inflexion Partnership Capital Fund I of over £1bn demonstrates our belief in partnering with high growth, ambitious management teams to accelerate performance and help create substantial value for all shareholders.
