Inflexion strengthens its origination team and announces Partner promotions

Inflexion Private Equity today announces the appointment of Andrew Priest as Director in its origination team. Andrew will help cultivate and expand Inflexion’s network of senior industry contacts.

Andrew spent 10 years as a Partner at Skillcapital, a prominent executive search firm dedicated to the private equity industry. Whilst at Skillcapital, Andrew built a global network of entrepreneurs, CEOs, NEDs and Chairmen across a wide range of organisations from private businesses to FTSE 100 companies. More recently, Andrew focused on building specialist practices in the energy, industrial and financial services sectors, further broadening his multi-sector contact base. Prior to Skillcapital, Andrew was a consultant at BCG and News Editor at Reuters.

Inflexion has carefully built a network of senior professionals over many years and the firm places great value on these relationships. Andrew’s experience will accelerate development of this network introducing new relationships with high calibre individuals across the world. Furthermore, his track record of creating successful company boards and management teams to help businesses grow and succeed will benefit Inflexion’s own portfolio.

In addition to Andrew’s appointment, Inflexion today announces six promotions to Partner across both its Partnership Capital and Buyouts team. Two executives have been promoted to Investment Director and Inflexion has welcomed a new Investment Executive to the team.

Prior to this, Inflexion sold CTC Aviation to a US acquirer, listed Sanne Group plc on the London Stock Exchange and exited Aspen Pumps realising a 14x return.
