Inflexion bolsters Partnership Capital team

Inflexion Private Equity today announces the appointment of Daryl Cohen as an Investment Director within the Partnership Capital team, focused on minority investing. He starts with immediate effect.

Daryl has built an extensive track record with over ten years’ investment experience in the UK and Western Europe, completing numerous transactions, add-on acquisitions and refinancings across a range of sectors and businesses. Most recently at Vision Capital, his transaction highlights included the acquisition and IPO of Nordax Bank in Stockholm, as well as the acquisition of Bormioli Rocco and disposal of its various divisions; he held directorships at both businesses. Prior to this, Daryl spent time at Silver Point Capital L.P. and Lion Capital.

Funds managed by Inflexion recently invested for a minority stake in Outdoor Plus, a provider of premium, large format digital advertising screens and banners at iconic London sites including the Hyde Park Underpass. Inflexion also backed the buyout of Group IMD, a market leading technology business and cloud-based provider of distribution workflow for the global advertising industry.
