Inflexion expands investment team with new hires

Inflexion Private Equity today announces the appointment of Josh Kaufman as Investment Director, and Henry Arundel and Fabrizia Rizzi as Investment Executives. They start with immediate effect.

Josh joins as an Investment Director in Inflexion’s Partnership Capital team. Previously Josh was a Director at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners where he completed numerous transactions, add-on acquisitions and refinancings in a range of diverse sectors and businesses. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at Leeds Equity Partners in New York.

Henry and Fabrizia will support transaction execution in Inflexion’s Buyout and Partnership Capital teams. Henry joins from Evercore Partners, where he advised on a number of private equity transactions. He started his career at N M Rothschild, specialising in the financial services sector. Fabrizia joins from Rothschild Merchant Banking where she was most recently an Investment Associate at Five Arrows Principal Investments. Prior to this, Fabrizia worked as an analyst for Advent International in Italy.

Last month Inflexion was awarded UK House of the Year as well as the Grand Prix House of the Year at the Private Equity Awards 2016, for the second year running, following a busy 2015 when we announced seven new investments and sold eight.
