Inflexion wins at the unquote” British Private Equity Awards

Inflexion is delighted to have been awarded Mid-Market Buyout House of the Year at the unquote” British Private Equity Awards last night.

The judges praised Inflexion’s exceptional performance over the last twelve months. A year in which we successfully floated On the Beach via a £240m listing on the London Stock Exchange and sold a further five businesses. We announced another double fundraising, raised from existing blue chip LPs within just eight weeks of launch, securing commitments of £250m to our Inflexion Enterprise Fund IV and Inflexion Supplemental Fund IV. In addition, we completed five buyouts and one Partnership Capital investment, as well as supporting 12 bolt-on acquisitions.
