Double bolt-on success for Inflexion portfolio

Inflexion is delighted to announce that is has supported two bolt-on acquisitions through its investee businesses Reed & Mackay and CableCom Networking.

Reed & Mackay has expanded its U.S. presence acquiring the Chicago based Gray’s Travel Management. Reed & Mackay is a premium corporate travel management company delivering a personalised service through cutting edge technology. This acquisition enables Reed & Mackay’s clients to benefit from an enhanced service offering through extended global reach, enhanced buying power and deeper local market knowledge.

Cablecom Networking has acquired independent internet service provider WarwickNet. The acquisition expands CableCom’s offering and growth potential with complimentary and innovative solutions developed by WarwickNet, which delivers high speed connectivity solutions to companies located at business parks, industrial estates, metropolitan areas and multi-tenancy buildings.
