Inflexion Private Equity is pleased to announce that it has supported Radius Payment Solutions’ acquisition of Adam Phones, a leading independent service provider in mobile and fixed line communications.

The acquisition is the first since the minority investment by Inflexion Partnership Capital in January 2018 and is in line with the strategy to grow the business through expanding into new sectors and geographies both organically and through M&A.

Radius Payment Solutions is a leading fleet payments and telematics provider to small and medium sized fleets across Europe, North America and Asia. This transaction expands the business into the telecommunications sector.
