Inflexion is delighted to announce that many of its portfolio companies have been recognised with prestigious business awards in 2020.

A number of them were included in the Sunday Times’ lists of the best British businesses: Medivet, the UK veterinary pet-care business, was featured in the Fast Track 100 which celebrates Britain’s private companies with the fastest growing sales. It was also featured in the Top Track 250 League table, which follows Britain’s leading mid-market private companies, alongside Huws Gray, the UK’s largest independent builders merchants. Radius Payment Solutions, a leading fleet payment processing and telematics provider, was featured in the Top Track 100 league table, which tracks Britain’s private companies with the biggest sales.

Another Inflexion-backed business has been recognised by the Queen’s Awards for Enterprise, the most prestigious business awards in the UK: Xtrac, a manufacturer of high-performance transmissions, won its award in the Innovation category for its development of an Integrated Lightweight Electric Vehicle gearbox range. Xtrac joined other Inflexion portfolio companies Lintbells, Mobica and Aspen Pumps, who have all received the award in the past.

Our portfolio companies have also received a number of industry awards in 2020. Scott Dunn, the luxury travel company, were awarded 2020 Top Travel Specialist in the World by Condè Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice. Specialist engineering business Aspen Pumps was awarded International Business of the Year at the Gatwick Diamond Business Awards. British Engineering Services, the engineering testing, inspection and consultancy business won the Princess Royal Training Award, and Lintbells, the pet supplement business, won In-house Team of the Year - Silver Award - UK Digital Growth Awards 2020.
