Inflexion continues to invest in building its 100-strong team and is pleased to announce a number of promotions and appointments. These bring enhanced scale to the business and reflect a continued emphasis on the UK regions and the development of people and promotion from within.   

Tom Pemberton has been promoted to Partner, reflecting his contribution to the Enterprise Fund and consumer team, while Kirsty Tikerpae’s contribution to the smooth operation of our business has seen her named Partner.  

Chris Wright has been appointed as Partner in our Manchester office, where he will focus on developing investment opportunities with high growth businesses across a range of sectors in this dynamic region. Chris brings over 15 years’ experience of working with rapidly expanding, ambitious companies in both private equity and corporate finance advisory roles. Our efforts in the North of England have also been supported by James Wigglesworth, who has been promoted to Investment Director.

Both Catherine Richards and Phil Edmans have been promoted to Senior Partner, reflecting their significant contribution to our business and portfolio companies.  Alex Mathers has also been promoted to Digital Director, highlighting the considerable support he has given our portfolio in embracing digital technologies and developments – a key pillar of our value acceleration toolkit.

Edward Taylor has been promoted to Portfolio Director, reflecting the importance Inflexion places on portfolio management.

Saloshnee Nightingale, Ravi Shah, Andreas Constantinides, James Stevens, Rob Dagger and Adam Moss have all been promoted to Assistant Director.

A number of promotions have also been made in the Finance team: Nancy Kelleher has been promoted to Corporate Controller, and Ionela Serbenco and Emily Woolgrove have both been made Fund Controllers.
