Inflexion is pleased to announce the appointment of Isabelle Pagnotta as a Partner on the Services team. Isabelle has 18 years’ private equity experience, most recently as a Managing Director at OMERS Private Equity where she focused on Services & Software in the French and UK markets.

Prior to this, she worked at Bridgepoint and Arcapita and started her career at Bear Stearns in Investment Banking. She holds a MSc from ESCP Business School. Isabelle’s appointment further strengthens Inflexion’s Services team which is responsible for originating and growing a key sector for the firm.

Inflexion has continued to invest in its team in 2021 and now employs 112 people.  During the year, it has hired a further 17 people across its investment, value acceleration, finance and legal teams including Christian Fellowes who joined as an Investment Director bringing a unique combination of medical, transaction and entrepreneurial experience to Inflexion.

Kristina Miettinen has joined the investment team as Assistant Director, bringing extensive investment experience from Goldman Sachs. Monica Aggarwal, Josh Butterick, Andrea Johnson, Toby Lane, Cameron Lenton, Heng Schiltges, Joost Storms, Cheryl Sie and Jack Weller have all also joined recently as Investment Executives. Lisa Houston has joined as Business Change Manager to provide direct support to Inflexion’s portfolio on growth initiatives.  The Finance and Legal team has been strengthened with the appointment of Josh Griffin as Head of Tax, Sean Farnsworth as Compliance Associate, Jack Pearson as Portfolio Manager and Fahad Raja as Fund Accountant.
