Inflexion is pleased to announce the promotion of Sergio Ferrarini to Head of Technology. Since joining Inflexion from Hg Capital in 2019, Sergio has been instrumental in developing Inflexion’s Technology sector strategy, capability and credentials. This has included leading roles in Inflexion’s investments in Infront, Curinos and WithWise.

Inflexion is also pleased to announce it is further strengthening its Technology team with the promotion of Edd Lynch to Partner. Edd joined Inflexion in 2015 and has been a core part of the Technology sector team for several years. He has played a leading role in a number of investments, particularly with regards to Inflexion’s minority investment fund, Partnership Capital including Radius, DWS, Lane Clark & Peacock, CloserStill and Mountain Warehouse.

To date this year Inflexion has made 20 new appointments across the firm, further strengthening its sizeable investment and value acceleration teams. New appointments include Henrik Nordman as an Investment Director to build on Inflexion’s recent success in the Services sector and the Nordic region and Jennie Galbraith as Inflexion’s first ESG Director.

Inflexion has had a busy start to 2022, already investing over £1 billion in eight new investments year to date. The firm has also completed 10 exits with a total enterprise value of £3.6 billion.
