Inflexion is delighted to announce that it has been awarded 'Best UK LBO Fund' at the Private Equity Exchange & Awards. This is the third consecutive year that Inflexion has been awarded the title.

So far in 2022, Inflexion has announced eight new investments and 27 add-on acquisitions across eight countries, all supported by a growing team. Inflexion also recently announced that it had completed its 50th exit, collectively returning over £4.5bn to investors and delivering a realised return of 3.6x and a 39% IRR. In 2022 alone, Inflexion has announced ten exits including Alcumus, Marley, Phenna, Succession and Virgin Experience Days, with a total enterprise value of over £3.6bn.
