Inflexion is pleased to announce that it has made a number of promotions and additions to its 140-strong team, reflecting their meaningful contribution to the business and Inflexion’s focus on developing its talent.
Five team members have been promoted to Partner:
- Meredith Bourne successfully led the Buyout Fund VI fundraise which closed at £2.5bn in February 2022
- Tom Green has made a significant contribution to the Services team, particularly with respect to the re-investment in K2
- Alex Mathers is responsible for leading the Digital value acceleration efforts and co-ordinating the work of our broader value acceleration team, he has played a key role in driving technology innovation across the portfolio
- Andrew Neville is a senior member of our Healthcare team and led our investments into Proteros and Upperton
- Henrik Nordman joined Inflexion in 2022 and also plays a key role in the Services team as well as covering the Nordics, with recent investments in dss+ and Nomentia
Sam McPhail, Alice Lawson and Jonathan Battye have been promoted to Director whilst Andrea Johnson, Nick Davies, David Collins, William An, Claire Vassie, Monica Aggarwal, Cameron Lenton, Heng Schiltges and Jack Weller have all been promoted to Assistant Director.
In the Portfolio, Finance and Marketing teams, a number of individuals have been promoted. These are Ionela Serbenco, Fahad Raja, Emily Coughlan, Phil Chin, Sharon Harrison-Merchant, Elizabeth Grinnell, Jack Pearson and Hannah Dodds.
Inflexion has also been expanding its sizeable team with 12 appointments in H1 2023, reflecting the growing opportunity the firm sees ahead.
