The £1bn Partnership Capital Fund II was raised in 2018 and has since announced 10 investments, including the recent investments into Germany-based Proteros and Netherlands-based YER. Inflexion were the innovators in the minority investing space, and the concept came from wanting to provide flexible funding solutions to all business owners. Since the launch of the first Fund in 2015 we have partnered with some fantastic management teams, giving them the opportunity to retain control but still have access to the capital and support that Inflexion provides. We are delighted to have won this award and pleased that this strategy has been successful for both Inflexion and the companies it has partnered with.
