Inflexion is pleased to announce the appointment of Humphrey Baker as Partner to lead technology investments for Inflexion’s Enterprise Fund. Humphrey brings 15 years’ experience in the mid-market and will help oversee the Enterprise Fund’s technology investments, working closely with Inflexion Partner and Head of Technology, Sergio Ferrarini.  

Humphrey joins Inflexion from Graphite Capital where he was Senior Partner and member of the Investment Committee, having joined in 2014 to establish and lead their TMT efforts. Prior to this he was at Lyceum and Ernst & Young, and brings his experience in deal origination, appraisal and execution, as well as portfolio company management across a variety of businesses in the IT services and software sectors.  

Inflexion continued to invest in its team in 2023 with 33 new joiners across its offices in the UK, Benelux and Nordics, and now employs over 160 people including 24 focused on the Enterprise Fund. The sizeable team ensures Inflexion is well resourced to build on its successful investment pace, having made 10 investments, eight realisations and 40 portfolio acquisitions in 2023.
