The Inflexion Foundation is pleased to announce that it has published its 2023 Annual Review, highlighting its impact on a growing number of organisations.
We are proud to have donated £1.5 million to 20 organisations in the year, with the Inflexion team raising another £320,000 and providing substantial pro bono support. Since inception, the Inflexion Foundation has donated £8.4 million to 53 charities.
The Foundation was established in 2018 to support charities working to improve of prospects for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. After five years of backing fantastic organisations carrying out this work, including Impetus, the Roundhouse and IntoUniversity, the scope was also broadened to include environmental charities. Two new organisations – the Royal Geographic Society and the London Wildlife Trust – received backing as part of this widened remit.
As Inflexion grows and opens offices in new countries, we consider the opportunity to support these communities as well. We are delighted to have backed our first non-UK charity with a grant in the Netherlands, following on from our Amsterdam office opening in 2021.

Given the challenging backdrop we have increased the depth and breadth of the scope of the Inflexion Foundation. We now support more long term strategic grants, which help our charity partners to better plan for the future. The Foundation’s scope has also been expanded to include a focus on environmental charities, reflecting our belief in the need to build a sustainable future.
