The Inflexion Foundation is pleased to announce that it has published its 2024 Annual Review highlighting its impact on a growing number of organisations.
We are delighted to have donated £2.3 million to 20 organisations in 2024, with the Inflexion team raising £335,000 and providing substantial pro bono support. In addition to continuing to support our longstanding partners such as Impetus and Roundhouse, we also committed to a number of new multi-year grants, including Action Tutoring, IntoUniversity, The King’s Trust, the Grantham Institute, Chickenshed and The Wildlife Trusts.
Our work with a growing number of charities reinforces our belief that the best outcomes come from combining financial support with active partnership and long-term commitment. As such, Inflexion colleagues go beyond capital, providing their time and expertise to create an even greater impact, with 44% of the Inflexion team directly participating in supporting our partner charities through pro bono work and fundraising in 2024.
Since it was established in 2018, the Inflexion Foundation has committed £13.6 million to 61 charities.

The Inflexion Foundation is committed to creating lasting impact through both financial support and active engagement with the charities we support. In 2024, we deepened our long-term relationships, made record multi-year grants, and expanded our reach. Importantly, nearly half of the Inflexion team contributed through pro bono work and fundraising, amplifying our support. As challenges persist, so does our resolve to empower disadvantaged youth and protect the environment.
