Andrew is a Partner responsible for originating and executing transactions and helping to accelerate growth in lower mid-market companies, with a particular focus on financial and business services.

Andrew led our investments in TC Group, Sparta Global, PMC Treasury, ITM, Alston Elliot, K2 Partnering Solutions and Systal as well as investments in Avantus, Pims Group and Harrington Brooks. He also co-led the investments and subsequent sales of Succession Marston Group, Optionis,and Red Commerce.

Before joining Inflexion in 2004, Andrew spent five years at Catalyst Fund Management and Research, a private equity investor specialising in the financial services sector and trained as a Chartered Accountant at Smith and Williamson.

Andrew enjoys skiing, playing golf and following rugby and cricket.

He holds a BSc in Business from University College, Swansea.
