Andrew is a Partner and also General Counsel. He joined the firm in 2017 and since then has led and developed Inflexion’s legal and compliance function. He has broad responsibility for all transactional, regulatory and corporate legal and compliance obligations.

Andrew started his legal career at Slaughter and May, where he advised a broad range of corporate and fund clients on a variety of acquisitions, disposals and corporate finance matters. He has also worked for large international sponsors, including Och-Ziff Management Europe, where he was counsel responsible for European private equity and private debt investments, and then HPS Investment Partners, where he was Vice President, working on complex and heavily structured private equity investments.

He holds an MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.

When not spending time with his young family, Andrew is a keen runner, skier and occasional fly fisherman.
