Bethan is ESG Manager focused on embedding and advancing ESG initiatives across Inflexion and its portfolio companies.
Prior to Inflexion, Bethan was ESG Analytics & Insights Manager at FTSE 100 company, BAT, where she led the engagement with sustainability investor indices. She also managed an Sustainability accelerator programme which collaborated with disruptive start-ups to address some of the business’ biggest sustainability challenges. Prior to working in sustainability, Beth was a lobbyist responsible for engaging with the government on regulatory and fiscal issues.
Outside of the office, Bethan is an avid chef and enjoys hosting dinner parties for friends. When she’s not cooking or exploring London by bike, she enjoys travelling and discovering new cuisines.
Bethan holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Sussex.
